Teacher Shannon has spent years caring for the youngest babies at Toddies, and her quiet, reassuring presence is exactly what little ones (and parents) need on those first drop-offs.
With a low adult-to-child ratio and a strict baby-only environment, our Tiny Tots room is a calm, safe space where babies are seen, soothed and stimulated at their own pace, until they’re walking and ready to move up to our Wobblers room.

Sensory play
Soft textures, rattles, mirrors and treasure baskets to spark the senses.
Tummy time
Daily floor time to build the strength little bodies need to roll, sit and crawl.
Songs & stories
Nursery rhymes, lullabies and gentle story-time to nurture early language.
Outdoor moments
Fresh air walks in the garden when the weather is kind. Sunlight on tiny toes.
Feeds & naps
We follow each baby’s individual schedule: bottle, solids, and rest as needed.

Photos, feed times and nap details shared with parents every single day.

What must I pack for my baby’s first day at your Olivedale crèche?
Everyday items like nappies & bum cream, wet wipes, tissues, bottles and formula (if needed), plus a sunhat and sunscreen. You’ll get the full supply-pack list when you enrol.
